What we take on
Commercial concrete has to carry heavier loads, take more traffic and stay serviceable for longer than residential work, and the consequences of getting it wrong are measured in downtime as well as repair costs.
We take on car parks and access ways, hardstand areas, warehouse and workshop floors, loading zones, footpaths and kerbing, plant and equipment pads, and structural slabs for commercial builds. Where the job needs excavation and site preparation first, we handle that too.

Working around your operations
Most commercial sites can't simply shut down while concrete goes in. We stage work so access is maintained where it has to be, sequence pours to keep areas usable, and can work outside normal hours where that's the cleanest way to get it done.
You'll get a realistic programme up front, including cure and traffic times, so you can plan deliveries, staff and customer access around the work rather than finding out on the day.
Built to spec, documented properly
We work to engineered drawings and specifications, place reinforcement as designed, and plan joint layouts and pour sequences before the first truck is booked. On larger areas that planning is what determines whether the finished slab performs — joints in the wrong place will crack in the wrong place.
As a fully licensed and insured Tasmanian company we're straightforward to engage, and everything is quoted in writing with the scope clearly set out.

A local crew with capacity
Our crew has over 50 years of combined experience and we're set up to start jobs promptly. We're based in Hobart and work throughout Southern Tasmania, and we'll travel statewide — including Launceston and Northern Tasmania — for larger commercial projects.
If you have drawings, send them through with your enquiry and we'll get a price back to you. If you're still scoping the job, we'll come out and work through the options with you.
